Fascinated by human complexity and guided by a persistent sense of misfit, Sophie explores what it means to slow down and reconnect inward. Her practice is rooted in the act of learning to be, an ongoing process of presence, observation, and self-inquiry. Working through both cognitive and somatic approaches, her art exists as a reciprocal exchange: the artwork is not only an outcome, but also an active input within the creative process.
