This noble single malt whisky is part of a single cask special edition of the popular APEX series from Milk & Honey. Bottled as a single cask in natural cask strength and in a noble black bottle. The M&H Apex series is the culmination of years of work and research designed to illustrate the innovation and creativity of the fledgling Israeli distillery. For this limited edition, exceptional casks have been selected by the master distiller, Tomer Goren, to demonstrate the magic of wood and terroir.

This single cask from the Israeli Milk & Honey distillery matured in a Ruby Fortified Red Wine barrel and was bottled at 63.8%. The whisky convinces with baked red apple with pampering soft char and allspice notes.
